Audiences in the United Kingdom and Ireland are getting a chance to see the latest “Looney Tunes” adventure on the big screen this February, as a new trailer for “Looney Tunes: The Day The Earth Blew Up” that sees classic Looney Tunes characters Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Petunia Pig (talented voice actors feature Eric Bauza, Candi Milo, and Peter MacNicol) in a comedic sci-fi romp making its way there in the new year.
Peter Browngardt directs from a script penned by a group of writers that includes Darrick Bachman, Peter Browngardt, Kevin Costello, Andrew Dickman, David Gemmill, Alex Kirwan, Ryan Kramer, Jason Reicher, Michael Ruocco, Johnny Ryan, and Eddie Trigueros.

This comes as there had been word that the formerly scrapped “Looney Tune” live-action/animated hybrid film “Coyote vs. Acme” would be saved from the tax write-off wood chipper by Ketchup Entertainment, who just happened to release “The Day The Earth Blew Up” domestically earlier in the year.
