'Something From Tiffany’s' Trailer: Zoey Deutch Stars In Amazon Prime Video Christmas Rom-Com

“Something from Tiffany’s” is Daryl Wein’s follow-up project to “How it Ends,” which he co-directed with Zoe Lister-Jones. The film is based on the book of the same name written by Melissa Hill and stars Zoey Deutch, Kendrick Sampson, Roy Nicholson, and Shay Mitchell, with a script written by Tamara Chestna

In a recent interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Deutch teased what audiences could expect from the movie, which she believes is “so beautiful and classic, and it really makes me feel good. It’s the type of movie you can just put on over and over again. You can count on it to make you smile and laugh and cry and just feel good. And I’m so proud and excited to put that into the world.”

Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine is executive producing the film, and Deutch talked about how they collaborated, which started with the “Legally Blonde” actor supporting the movie “Set it Up” on Twitter, which Deutch starred in:

“My friends printed [the tweet] out and framed it for me because they knew how much I love Reese Witherspoon — how she’s my idol and [someone I] look up to so much in this industry. Ever since that point, I was like, ‘How do I get to work with Reese? How do I make a movie with her? And how do I make a movie with her that makes people feel good? A couple of years later, [Witherspoon’s media company] Hello Sunshine sent me this book, Something from Tiffany’s. We started working on it during the pandemic and developing it, and making it what it is. I’m so grateful for the journey and for the full-circle experience. And I’ve had the most amazing time working with Reese and with her company. They are just such great people.”

Produced by Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter, “Something from Tiffany’s” releases on Amazon Prime Video on December 8.
