'The Big Door Prize' Teaser: Chris O'Dowd Stars In Apple TV+ Series About A Machine That Reveals Your True Potential

What would you do if you could find out your true life potential? Would you be excited to have the question of your destiny answered? Or is the anxiety of knowing that sort of answer enough to cripple you? That’s the question at the center of the new Apple TV+ series, “The Big Door Prize.”

As seen in the teaser for the new Apple TV+ series, “The Big Door Prize” tells the story of a small town that discovers a mysterious machine in a grocery store. The machine allows for any person to put money in it, place their hands in a specific spot, and then receive the answer to questions about what their true life potential might be. The series then takes a look at what happens to a town when people learn what their destinies might be. Will they quit their current jobs and pursue a new career? Leave current relationships? Do something even more drastic?

The series stars Chris O’Dowd. Gabrielle Dennis, Damon Gupton, Josh Segarra, Christian Adam, Sammy Fourlas, Djouliet Amara, Ally Maki, and Crystal R. Fox. “The Big Door Prize” is created and produced by David West Read, who is probably best known for his work as a writer on “Schitt’s Creek.”
