The road to parenthood isn’t always a straight line, and Apple TV+‘s “Trying” portrays one of the paths that many parents take — adoption. The show has released a new trailer chronicling all the challenges that lead characters, Nikki and Jason, face on their road to adoption.
The first season of the show begins with the pair coming to terms with the fact that conception would be unlikely for them, so they work to convince the adoption panel that they deserve a child. In “Trying” Season 2, they have to face brand new challenges — matching with a child and deciding whether or not they want a boy or girl.
