Yes, it’s James Franco Movie #9564 — B. The prolific actor/writer/director/producer/artist seems to have a new project dropping every other week, so all is forgiven if you forgot about his starring role in "The Adderall Diaries." The film made its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival last year, and not much has been heard since, but now it’s getting ready to head out in the world and a U.K. trailer has dropped.
The Pamela Romanowsky directed adaptation of Stephen Elliott‘s memoir tracks the story of the author through his bruising childhood and beyond. We called the picture "a workable portrait of pain and addiction, one that’s bizarrely entertaining even in its most brutal moments" in our review from Tribeca, so it’s one worth investigating.
