'Krazy House' Trailer: Nick Frost & Alicia Silverstone Star In This Wild Action-Horror Film

It’s difficult to imagine a crazier trailer arriving today than that of “Krazy House.” There is so much wild shit happening that the trailer actually uses pull-quotes from critics as a way to censor certain images. It’s, uh, crazy.

As seen in the trailer, “Krazy House,” the film actually starts as a ‘90s sitcom with an overweight, goofy dad and his beautiful wife. And yes, it’s shot as a real sitcom. Things change when workers come to their house and the shit hits the fan. You see, the workers are actually there to tear apart the house to find some hidden loot. This changes the film from a ‘90s sitcom to a horror movie.

The film stars Nick Frost and Alicia Silverstone as the aforementioned sitcom married couple. “Krazy House” is written and directed by Steffen Haars and Flip van der Kuil

We saw “Krazy House” when it screened at this year’s Sundance, and in our review, we said, “It’s unclear if Steffen and Flip believe in a hell for their characters. But their 85-minute torture device disguised as a movie proves they believe in one for their viewers. Not even cheese ‘n’ rice can save this dismal enterprise from doom.”
