'American Vandal' Season 2 Trailer: Your Favorite Teen Investigators Return To Track Down The Turd Burglar

The first season asked, “Who drew the dicks?” And now, for season 2, Netflix’sAmerican Vandal” asks a brand-new question, “Who is the Turd Burglar?” That’s right, the kids that investigated which student spray-painted penises on faculty vehicles is back, investigating a new case for the streaming service, and as you see in the new trailer, things are a bit more serious in season #2 (the poo puns will be flowing, sorry).

The meta-mockumentary series returns in September with a new case and this time, things are going to get…messy (sorry, I had to). “American Vandal” season 2 focuses on a new school and a new investigation, which is finding out who the infamous Turd Burglar is and why he/she decided to contaminate the lemonade at lunch and force all the students to shit their pants. Clearly, the stakes are rising in this second set of episodes of the critically-acclaimed, fan-favorite streaming series.

“American Vandal” drops a deuce (season 2, get it? Yeah, I’ll see myself out) on September 14.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Having left its red spray-painted mark on pop culture with a breakout freshman season, American Vandal returns with an explosive new case, a (mostly) new cast and solid new conspiracy theories. Season 2 of the Emmy-nominated and Peabody Award-winning true-crime satire follows documentarians Peter Maldonado and Sam Ecklund as they bring their investigative skills to an elite Catholic school where someone has been taking poop-related pranks to new heights. American Vandal Season 2 stars Tyler Alvarez (Peter), Griffin Gluck (Sam), Travis Tope (Kevin), Taylor Dearden (Chloe), Melvin Gregg (DeMarcus) and DeRon Horton (Lou). The series is produced for Netflix by CBS Television Studios, Funny Or Die and 3Arts.
