When it comes to Batman and Superman (or Spider-Man), every time someone new dons the cape or cowl, the predecessors are asked about their thoughts on the new incarnation. The answers are usually diplomatic, and so it goes with Christian Bale, who, when asked about "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice," also added that he was kinda stoked on the trailers.
"Everyone brings their own element to that — Ben [Affleck] will do that as well," the actor told ET. "I think the trailers are looking great and I’m looking forward to that. But right on for Morgan [Freeman] for saying no one will ever be[at] [‘Batman Begins‘], I very much like him."

Indeed, speaking with entertainment site, Freeman placed himself firmly on Team Bale, even with all due respect to Affleck.
"You know, I’m happy for Ben [Affleck], but I don’t know how that’s gonna work. Because ‘The Dark Knight’ was almost ‘it.’ Pretty much ‘it,’" Freeman said. "Did you see ‘Batman Begins’? I don’t think you can beat that."
