Release Stan Lee! We’re sure someone in the Sony marketing department made that command as the promotional train for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” continues relentlessly, with more more more more, and then hoping that by time the movie comes around, you’re beaten into submission to buy tickets for the web-slinging sequel.
Today brings with it three clips from the movie (as part of a Kellogg’s promo), but with the bonus feature of Stan Lee narrating them in case you didn’t feel like actually watching footage from the movie. We guess if you’re a Stan Lee nut this is right up your alley, but otherwise we’re not quite sure what the point is. That said, no Spidey movie can pass without Lee making a cameo or sharing his enthusiasm and so it goes here. Providing background on Oscorp and more, we reckon if you know nothing of the series, this is probably helpful.
