Watch: James McAvoy Needs To Find A Way Out In Clip From Danny Boyle's 'Trance' Plus New Images

Trance, James McAvoyIf one thing seems to be clear about Danny Boyle‘s “Trance,” it’s that it might mess up your mind as much as it does its lead character, an auction house worker who gets caught up in an art heist gone very wrong. “…a head-spinning, psychologically rich take on the crime flick,” we said about the movie in our A-grade review and now another peek at the thrills Boyle is bringing has dropped.

A new clip has arrived along with a few more images, and once again they highlight James McAvoy, who in the lead role tries to keep things together and find a way out of the mess he’s in. And in this sequence, he calls his therapist (Rosario Dawson) when he finds himself locked in the house of his lethal partner-in-crime Frank (Vincent Cassel). After that, you can take a look at a few more images from the movie, all bearing Boyle’s distinct visual eye that is both composed and chaotic.

“Trance” hits theaters on April 5th. Take a look…
