Rooney Mara, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain & Jennifer Lawrence Are Vanity Fair's 2012 Ingenues

Vanity Fair loves the ladies. For their annual Hollywood issue the magazine has once again gone with hot young things for their cover, making it three straight years the boys have left off from strutting their stuff (excluding the 2009 issue which for some reason had Barack Obama fronting the edition). But also as usual, it's hard to argue with their choices for the most part, with Rooney Mara, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain and Jennifer Lawrence selected for the cover.

Of course, Mara has been turning heads this winter as Lisbeth Salander, while Chastain was in every movie and on every red carpet for everything in the last twelve months. And we're still not tired of her. Lawrence is going from "Winter's Bone" Oscar nominee to tentpole star with "Hunger Games," while Wasikowska was captivating in "Jane Eyre," looked lovely in the otherwise terrible "Restless," tried to figure out "Albert Nobbs" and has "The Wettest County" and "Stoker" on tap for 2012.

Meanwhile on the inside there's even more. Yes, that's "Pariah" star Adepero Oduye, along with "The Descendants" breakout Shailene Woodley, Elizabeth Olsen, Paula Patton, Felicity Jones, Lily Collins and Brit Marling. We're going to pick up this issue and you should, too. Look for it on newsstands. [Vanity Fair]null
