27-Hour Marvel Movie Marathon Including 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' Coming To A Theater Near You

Avengers: Age Of UltronLet’s say you’re one of the five people on the planet who has never seen a Marvel movie, and with "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" coming, you want to catch up with the cinematic universe all at once. Or maybe, you’re a Marvel mega-fan who wants to overload on your favorite superheroes all at once. Well, AMC Theaters, Regal Entertainment, Cinemark, Megaplex, Harkins and National Amusements has you covered.

The theaters will host the Marvel Ultimate Marathon Event, a non-stop 27-hour movie-fest starting on April 29th with "Iron Man" and ending the next day with "Avengers: Age Of Ultron." The upside? It’ll be a full day of Marvel movies with the most dedicated and enthusiastic fans out there. The downside? You’ll have to sit through the Thor movies (though perhaps that would be a good time to duck out and catch a nap). This will set you back a whopping $65 dollars or just under $6 per movie.

So check your local listings, and here’s what the AMC schedule looks like (we presume it’ll be pretty much similar elsewhere). After that, check out a handful of new behind-the-scenes featurettes for ‘Ultron.’ [JoBlo]
