Next month, swift violent justice is coming to the streets of Detroit. Yep, “RoboCop” is getting a shiny new suit, fancier toys and some bigger firepower in this reboot of Paul Verhoeven‘s satirical classic, and a bunch of case files (meaning: promo stuff) have landed online.
Two fresh clips, an international TV spot and more have dropped online, showing both the man and the machine. In the first clip, we see Joel Kinnaman‘s Alex Murphy experiencing a memory with his sorta-widowed wife as he’s reborn as the cyborg cop. In the next sequence he’s in full kickass mode, jumping a motorcycle through the front of a building and unloading hellfire on a bunch of bulky machines. The TV spot provides some attitude thanks to Samuel L. Jackson, while a new IMAX poster suggests you see this in, uh, IMAX.
