Likely to dominate over the next weeks (though we wonder, with the rather underwhelming reception, if it will be even close to the behemoth the 'LOTR' movies were), "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" has finally arrived in theaters. It has been a long…journey…with studio delays and other woes keeping things held up, but there are a few treats left before you finally see it yourself.
Perhaps most helpful of all is a visual guide to figuring who exactly each of the thirteen dwarves in the movie are. Even though you spend nearly three hours with them, there are only a couple who stand out enough that you might remember their names later on. So before you see the movie and get ready to engage in some Twitter debates, keep this one handy. Meanwhile, another clip, taking place before Bilbo and company set off on their adventure, reveals the origins of golf (just watch it), and lastly, Peter Jackson has dropped his final production video blog….for this movie anyway….
Like we said, this is in theaters now and oh yeah, you might want to shell out for an IMAX screening to see the nine minutes of "Star Trek Into The Darkness" footage.[Wired/ComingSoon]
