For a show built on mystery, “FROM” has always understood that answers can be its scariest currency. MGM+ unveiled the full Season 4 trailer today ahead of the show’s April 19 return, with the new season set to premiere Sunday, April 19, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The series has also become the most-watched show in MGM+ history, which helps explain why its fourth season is arriving as one of the network’s biggest spring plays.

The series will pick back up in the same nightmarish town that traps everyone who enters and turns every search for escape into another layer of terror. This time, the season will drive straight at some of its biggest open wounds: the mystery of the Man in Yellow, whether Jade and Tabitha’s revelation might finally point toward a way home, how much longer Boyd can hold the town together as his body and mind begin to give way, and what the newest arrival will set into motion.
Harold Perrineau will again lead the series, with Catalina Sandino Moreno, Hannah Cheramy, David Alpay, Elizabeth Saunders, Scott McCord, Ricky He, Chloe Van Landschoot, Pegah Ghafoori, Corteon Moore, Avery Konrad, Kaelen Ohm, Angela Moore, A.J. Simmons, Nathan D. Simmons, Robert Joy, and Samantha Brown among the returning ensemble. Julia Doyle is also part of Season 4 as Sophia, a sheltered pastor’s daughter, adding one more volatile variable to a show that rarely introduces anybody without consequences.
Behind the camera, the series was created by John Griffin, with Jeff Pinkner serving as showrunner and Jack Bender directing the new season. The executive producer lineup also continues to include Griffin, Pinkner, Bender, Perrineau, Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, Scott Rosenberg, Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, and Lindsay Dunn, keeping the creative structure intact as the show heads deeper into its mythology.
What the trailer sells, more than any single reveal, is attrition. “FROM” will return to the same basic terror that made it work in the first place — a community trying to keep some idea of normal life alive while the truth keeps curdling into something worse. Season 4 looks ready to ratchet up that pressure, not ease it, which is exactly the kind of promise the show has trained its audience to dread.
“FROM” will premiere on MGM+ on April 19, 2026. Watch the trailer below.
