We don’t normally report album covers and non-soundtrack related ventures (usually), but we’ve been following the progress on Kevin Drew’s new Broken Social Scene series solo disc closely (since BSS has composed music for a number of films), so we thought we’d post. The album is due September 18.

Tour dates will be announced shortly. One date supporting Feist at McCarren Pool in Brooklyn Wednesday August 29 has been confirmed. Considering the first single (a breezier version of BSS) is a classy acronymn (see below), A&C weren’t kidding when they said the album was about, “fucking, fighting, fearing and hope.”
