Heavyweights going toe to toe; you really should not miss “Doubt.” It’s vastly underrated and easily one of the better mainstream Oscar-bait films of 2008. We’d rank it above “Frost/Nixon,” “Milk,” ‘Benjamin Button,’ etc. It’s about on par with “Revolutionary Road” in terms of quality, but it’s likely our favorite Hollywood drama from December. Both of these two have Oscar nominations in the bag, bank on it.
