Final ‘Squid Game’ Season 3 Trailer Teases A Dramatic End To Netflix’s Global Hit

Netflix has released the final trailer for the third and final season of “Squid Game,” setting the stage for the climactic conclusion of its record-breaking Korean drama. The final chapter premieres June 27, 2025, exclusively on the streaming channel.

Created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, “Squid Game” has become a cultural phenomenon since its debut, holding the title of Netflix’s most-watched series of all time. Season two, which premiered in December 2024, shattered viewing records—earning 192.6 million views within days and becoming the third most-watched season in the platform’s history. Its explosive return cemented the show’s global influence and confirmed fans’ continued appetite for its high-stakes drama and haunting social commentary.

Season three picks up after the devastating events of Season 2, with Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) returning to the twisted competition. Now driven by a mission to bring the games to an end, Gi-hun faces the full force of The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun), who revealed his shocking betrayal last season by infiltrating the rebellion under the guise of Player 001.
