‘Send Help’ Trailer: Rachel McAdams & Dylan O’Brien Face Office Rivalry & Survival Horror In Sam Raimi’s New Thriller

In Sam Raimi’s new film “Send Help,” a workplace feud doesn’t just implode — it crashes. The first trailer for the psychological survival thriller introduces Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien as rival co-workers stranded on a deserted island after a plane crash, forced to cooperate despite years of mutual disdain.

“The pitch was outrageous and original, all the while tracking these two in their conflict as their power dynamic changed dramatically,” Raimi told Entertainment Weekly. “I knew right away that I wanted to direct this picture.”

McAdams plays Linda Liddle, “the most capable, hardworking, and overlooked member of her consulting firm’s strategy and planning team,” according to Raimi. O’Brien stars as Bradley Preston, her ambitious colleague and frequent adversary. When the pair becomes the only survivors of a corporate trip gone wrong, “Send Help” transforms into a battle of wits, willpower, and ego — a survival story that doubles as dark workplace satire.

The film also stars Chris Pang and Dennis Haysbert, was written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, and was produced by Sam Raimi and Zainab Azizi under Raimi Productions, with distribution from 20th Century Studios. Cinematography is by Bill Pope, and the score is composed by Danny Elfman.
