'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Trailer: Larry David Hates People, But Loves Mankind [Season 11]

Curb Your Enthusiasm” has been going for ten seasons with season eleven on the way. As Larry David would say, that’s pretty, pretty, pretty good. Or, he might say, as he does in the new season eleven official trailer, “I hate people individually, but I love mankind.” The Emmy and Golden Globe-winning comedy series starring the always cantankerous and peculiar David, returns for its ten-episode, eleventh season Sunday, October 24 at 10:40pm ET (a time so specific, it seems tailored to one of David’s competing watching habits), with new episodes airing subsequent Sundays at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Originally debuting on HBO in 2001 and presenting 100 episodes to date, “Curb Your Enthusiasm” stars—if you don’t already know somehow — “Seinfeld” co-creator David as an over-the-top version of himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his fictionalized life. The series also stars Susie Essman (“Broad City”), Jeff Garlin (“The Goldbergs”), Cheryl Hines (“Suburgatory”),  J.B. Smoove (“Mapleworth Murders”), Ted Danson (“The Good Place”), and Richard Lewis (“Anything But Love”). Guest in season 11 includes Jon Hamm, Albert Brooks, and Lucy Liu among others. Here’s the new synopsis:

The comedy series continues to prove how seemingly trivial details of one’s day-to-day life – a cold cup of coffee, a stained shirt, a missing toothbrush – can precipitate a catastrophic chain of events. To keep the narrative spontaneous, the series is shot without a script and cast members are given scene outlines and improvise lines as they go.

“Curb Your Enthusiasm” was created by Larry David and its executive producers include Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Jeff Schaffer; co-executive producer, Laura Streicher, and consulting producers, Jon Hayman, Steve Leff. The world has changed, but Larry Davis hasn’t. You know what you are getting out of this one and you either love it or maybe just don’t care for it so much. “Curb Your Enthusiasm” Season 11 premieres Oct 24 on HBO Max. Watch the new trailer below.
