New 'Girls' Season 6 Trailer: Lena Dunham's Hannah "Doesn't Give A S**t About Anything"

“I just feel like I’m a really perfect fit for your magazine,” Hannah (Lena Dunham) says to a magazine editor she’s pitching. “I don’t give a s— about anything, yet I simultaneously have opinions about everything.” Dear, millennial, don’t do this. For better or worse, that’s “Girls” dialogue, but I only say that because the HBO show is not everyone’s cup of tea. “Girls” dropped off there for a minute and fell out of favor with the water-cooler-based cultural conversation, but the consensus is the show is ending strong: season five was arguably their best to date. As “Girls” goes into its final, sixth season, the official, full-length trailer has dropped. Will the ladies finally grow up in this final chapter? Presumably some closure will come.

Created by and starring Lena Dunham, the Emmy-winning comedy series is a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their 20s. Dunham executive produces along with Judd Apatow, Jenni Konner, Ilene S. Landress, Murray Miller and Bruce Eric Kaplan. The cast also includes Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, Adam Driver, Alex Karpovsky, Andrew Rannells and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.

“Girls” returns for its sixth and final season on Sunday, February 12th at 10 PM. Watch the trailer below.
