After years of holding Kingstown together by sheer force of will, Mike McLusky (Renner) finds his grip slipping as rival factions fight to fill the vacuum left by the Russians’ downfall. With old alliances shattered and new enemies rising, Mike faces a brutal gang war that threatens not only the city’s balance but everyone he loves. Edie Falco joins the cast this season as a relentless new warden whose authority collides head-on with Mike’s desperate attempts to protect his own and reckon with the ghosts of his past.

Co-created by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon, and produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions, “Mayor of Kingstown” continues Sheridan’s ongoing exploration of power, corruption, and survival in America’s shadowed heartlands. The new season also stars Lennie James, Laura Benanti, Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Tobi Bamtefa, Derek Webster, Hamish Allan-Headley, and Nishi Munshi. Executive producers include Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson, Christoph Schrewe, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo, and Keith Cox, with Erickson serving as showrunner.

With its mix of political intrigue and raw street-level violence, “Mayor of Kingstown” remains one of Sheridan’s most hard-edged creations, alongside series like “Landman,” “1923,” “Tulsa King,” and “Lawmen: Bass Reeves.” The trailer promises more chaos, vengeance, and blood-soaked reckoning when season four premieres on October 26 on Paramount+.
