In an interview with IGN for IGN FanFest, Jordan confirmed that “Creed IV” is “for sure” whether or not “Creed III” bombs at the box office. And nobody thinks it will, as “Creed II” did better numbers than its 2015 predecessor. But Jordan may have other plans in store beyond another “Creed” sequel. “I just want to expand the Creed-verse within reason,” Jordan added, “but definitely expect other things around Creed for sure.”

“Creed III” sees Jordan’s Adonis Creed face off against his most formidable boxing foe yet: his childhood friend Damien “Dame” Anderson, played by Jonathan Major, who’s fresh out of prison with a major chip on his shoulder.  Tessa ThompsonWood HarrisFlorian Munteanu, Phylicia Rashad, and Tony Bellow return to reprise their roles in the new film.  Jordan directs a screenplay by Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin. Notably, Sylvester Stallone doesn’t return for the first time in the “Rocky” spin-off franchise as Rocky Balboa.

But does Michael B. Jordan have any other “Creed” news for fans at IGN FanFest? The event occurs on February 17 and 18, so tune in to see if any more info on the future “Creed” drops.
