Miss Tracy Jordan from “30 Rock“? Well, good news: a new comedy sitcom starring Tracy Morgan premieres on NBC this weekend, and the cast of “The Fall And Rise Of Reggie Dinkins” includes a couple of other “SNL” alums.

But the show also stars Daniel Radcliffe, and him acting opposite Morgan is one of the more intriguing odd-couple pairings in recent memory. “The Fall And Rise Of Reggie Dinkins” follows a former football star, played by Morgan, desperate to get back into the spotlight. Radcliffe’s filmmaker may be the answer, but Dinkins will need more just than his help to defeat his demons.

Disgraced former football star Reggie Dinkins (Tracy Morgan) is on a mission to rehabilitate his image with the help of award-winning filmmaker Arthur Tobin (Daniel Radcliffe). In order to earn back the admiration of his fans and the respect of his family, Reggie will also have to confront the ghosts of his past.
Along with Morgan and Radcliffe, “The Fall And Rise Of Reggie Dinkins” also stars Erika Alexander, Bobby Moynihan, Precious Way, and Jalyn Hall. Guest stars include Heidi Gardner, Ronny Chieng, Anna Camp, Corbin Bernsen, Craig Robinson, Michael Kosta, and more.
Robert Carlock and Sam Means serve as co-creators and co-showrunners on the series. Executive producers include Carlock, Means, Tina Fey, Morgan, Eric Gurian, and David Miner.
“The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins” will have a special premiere this Sunday on January 18 at 10p EST, or immediately following coverage of the NFL playoff game between the Los Angeles Rams and Chicago Bears. The show then returns on Feb. 23 at 8p EST with an encore of the pilot and a new episode at 8:30p EST. After that, the series continues to air Mondays at 8:30p for the remainder of its ten-episode season, with episodes available next day on Peacock.
