Need a high-octane late summer thrill ride? Hulu may have subscribers covered there with “Eenie Meanie,” a crime pic that boasts a promising ensemble cast.

Samara Weaving stars in the new film as the titular heroine, a former getaway driver forced back into her past life on the off-chance she may save her ex-boyfriend, played by Karl Glusman.

The original film follows a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavory past when a previous employer offers her the chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend.
Along with Weaving and Glusman, the movie also stars Jermaine Fowler, Marshawn Lynch, Randall Park, Steven Zahn, and Andy Garcia.
Shawn Simmons writes and directs “Eenie Meanie.” Producers on the film include Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick, and Marty Ewing.
