‘Carolina Caroline’ Teaser Trailer: Samara Weaving & Kyle Gallner Star In Romantic Crime Thriller Arriving June 5

Australian actress Samara Weaving has yet another movie heading to theaters in the coming months: the romantic crime thriller “Carolina Caroline,” helmed by director Adam Carter Rehmeier from a script by Tom Dean, and co-starring Kyle Gallner.

We can now share a teaser trailer for the release, which has gone online and should give potential audiences a good idea of what they can expect from “Carolina Caroline,” which also stars Kyra Sedgwick and Jon Gries.

A synopsis for the upcoming pic via Magnolia Pictures:

Caroline Daniels (Weaving), whose desire to leave her small Texas town brings her into the orbit of a charismatic con man (Gallner), and together they weave a path of crime and passion across the American Southeast. Also starring Kyra Sedgwick, the film features a wide-ranging country music soundtrack, including tracks from Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, Loretta Lynn, and over a dozen others.

The rather busy Weaving has other films on the horizon, with “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” coming to screens on March 27 and the lead in “Over Your Dead Body” alongside Jason Segel, arriving in April.

Gallner is part of the “Scream” franchise thanks to Radio Silence (not unlike Weaving), with credits that include the buzzy “Strange Darling,” “American Sniper,” “Smile 2,” and “Dinner In America.”
