Lenny Abrahamson, the acclaimed filmmaker behind “Room,” “The Little Stranger,” and the music world comedy “Frank,” is back with an untitled family period drama that takes place within the Jewish community of Dublin, Irleand in the 1970s.
That’s not it, as they’ve announced two major casting selections that include Tom Burke (“Black Bag,” “Furiosa”) and Eve Hewson (“Disclosure Day,” “The Luminaries”), who will be joined by newcomer Sean Meagher, who is playing their adolescent son and main protagonist.

The director has also assembled a crew that features Production Designer Anna Rackard, Director of Photography Suzie Lavelle, Editor Nathan Nugent, Make Up Designer Sonia Dolan, and Composer Stephen Rennicks. Also part of the heads of departments are Costume Designer Eimer ní Mhaoldomhnaigh (“The Banshees of Inisherin”) and Hair Stylist Orla Carroll (“The Banshees of Inisherin”).
