Will Marvel’s first family be able to save their planet from destruction? Things don’t look good, as the main group of actors, Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, have been confirmed for “Avengers: Doomsday.” Potentially telegraphing the fate of this well-crafted Multiverse setting that Marvel’s first family inhabits in the movie directed by Matt Shakman (“WandaVision”).

Most recently, it was confirmed by Quinn that legacy villain Mole Man would be appearing in the latest MCU installment that features a supporting cast that consists of Ralph Ineson, Julia Garner, Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles.

Here’s the official synopsis for “The Fantastic Four” via Marvel Studios:

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro- futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.
