‘Only Murders In The Building’ Trailer: Season 5 Sees The Trio Of Sleuths Return September 9 On Hulu

They’re back, baby! Another season of the acclaimed comedic whodunnit “Only Murders In The Building” is making a grand return next month, as Hulu has sent over a new trailer for the show to share. As the extremely popular series exploring yet another mysterious murder in their building, this time, their beloved doorman Lester is a victim.

Of course, Steve Martin, Selena Gomez, and Martin Short lead the cast assembled for the newest run of episodes that also features Michael Cyril Creighton, Meryl Streep, Da’ Vine Joy Randolph, Richard Kind, Nathan Lane, Bobby Cannavale, Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Christoph Waltz, Téa Leoni, Keegan-Michael Key, Beanie Feldstein, Dianne Wiest, Jermaine Fowler, and more.

A fifth season logline courtesy of Hulu:

After their beloved doorman, Lester, dies under suspicious circumstances. Charles, Oliver, and Mabel refuse to believe it was an accident. Their investigation plunges them into the shadowy corners of New York and beyond – where the trio uncovers a dangerous web of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, old-school mobsters, and the mysterious residents of the Arconia. The trio discovers a deeper divide between their storied city they thought they knew, and the new New York evolving around them – one where the old mob fights to hold on as newer, even more dangerous players emerge.

“Only Murders In The Building” hails from co-creators and writers Martin and John Hoffman (“Grace & Frankie,” “Looking”). As the creative duo is set as executive producers alongside Short, Gomez, “This Is Us” creator Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, Ben Smith, and J.J. Philbin.

The three-episode premiere is on September 9 on Hulu and Hulu with Disney+, and you can view that new trailer for Season 5 below.
